Shipping
Every order ships insured for its full value from Poughkeepsie, NY within 2 business days of payment. Shipping is priced by order total:

Orders over $500 require a signature on delivery. We currently ship within the United States. International collectors, email us for a quote.
Packaging
Slabs travel in padded sleeves inside rigid packaging. Raw cards are sleeved, top-loaded and team-bagged. Sealed product ships in a box with a box.
Returns
If a piece arrives materially different from its listing (wrong cert, undisclosed damage, not the item pictured) tell us within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right with a full refund including return shipping. Graded cards are sold as graded; we do not accept returns based on disagreement with the grading company's assessment. Sealed product must remain sealed to be returned.
Damage in transit
Every shipment is insured. If something arrives damaged, keep all packaging, photograph everything, and email us within 48 hours. We file and handle the claim; you are not left chasing a carrier.
