DGW Collectibles, Inc. ("DGW") operates vault.dgwcollectibles.com. This notice explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account details: email address and, if you give it, your name and phone number.
- Order details: shipping address, what you bought, and payment status. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
- Offers: the amounts and notes you send us.
- Technical data: pages viewed and basic device information, used to keep the site working and to understand what collectors look at.
How we use it
To fulfil orders, respond to offers, ship insured packages, send transactional email (receipts, tracking, offer updates), prevent fraud, and, if you opt in, tell you about new arrivals. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the store: Stripe (payments and tax), EasyPost and the carriers (labels and delivery), Supabase (hosting and database), Vercel (web hosting) and Resend (email). Each receives only what it needs.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law require. You can ask us to delete your account and the data that is not legally required by emailing info@dgwcollectibles.com.

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember your bag. No advertising cookies.
